[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A tax preparer in Virginia has been charged with tax evasion and failure to file her personal individual tax returns.
Willette Holland failed to file returns from the yeas 2010 to 2013. After being contacted by the IRS she filed returns for those years, but understated her income, gross receipts, and net profit. In 2013 and 2014 she deposited income into a bank account in the name of a nominee and did not file tax returns at all for 2015 and 2016.
She is looking at up to five years in prison for each count of tax evasion, restitution, and penalties.[/vc_column_text][us_image image=”2401″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
