Jennifer True filed more than 500 tax returns for herself and others and admitted to falsifying items such as individual retirement accounts, medical expenses, unreimbursed business expenses and/or tax preparation fees. The IRS prohibits employees from “Engaging in the preparation of tax returns for compensation, gift or favor.”
