A Nebraska man was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay $279,609.77 in restitution for failure to pay over withholding taxes.
According to court records, David E. Doll, 60, of Bennington, Nebraska, operated and owned two companies.
During 2012 and 2013, Doll’s businesses withheld payroll taxes from his employees’ paychecks.
However, Doll did not make those filings with the IRS and also did not pay those withheld payroll taxes to the IRS on behalf of his employees.[/vc_column_text][us_image image=”1818″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
