A Maryland man has been charged with tax evasion for the years 2016 through 2018 and failure to file tax returns for the years 2016 through 2019.

According to court records, Michael McDonald, 40, of Baltimore, Maryland, submitted false forms for tax years 2016, 2017 and 2018. In addition, McDonald allegedly failed to file an income tax return for those tax years as well as for tax year 2019.

If convicted, McDonald faces up to five years in prison for each count of tax evasion and up to one year in prison for each count of failure to file income tax returns.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][us_image image=”1338″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
