[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]An Iowa man was sentenced to 15 months in prison for tax evasion and filing a false tax return.
Jonathan Folker, 39, of Davenport, Iowa, pleaded guilty to the charges, admitting that he failed to file income tax returns for several years and had a total tax liability of $256,783. Folker also admitted he made and subscribed a false Form 1040 for the tax year 2012.
In addition to his prison sentence, Folker was ordered to serve three years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $256,783, with interest.[/vc_column_text][us_image image=”1557″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
