Here are some of the main points:

• Proposed $80 billion increase (that’s $80,000,000,000) is more than 6 times the current budget of $12.6 billion
• Mainly targets the middle- and upper-middle class because that’s where the money is…
• This is Plan B since democrats were not able to increase taxes on the top tax brackets
• Don’t expect better service from the IRS… (like the IRS answering the phone or replying to a letter/fax)…
• $15 million is earmarked to study Elizabeth Warren’s ides of allowing the IRS to figure your taxes for you.
