A married couple from Pennsylvania has pleaded guilty to federal fraud and tax charges.
Stephanie J. Roskovski, 50, and Scott A. Roskovski, 51, of Butler, Penn., pleaded guilty today to one count of filing a false income tax return and one count of submitting a false loan application to a bank.
According to court records, from April 2011 through December 2017, Stephanie Roskovski, while serving as the chief operating officer for Butler Health System, embezzled more than of $1.3 million from her employer.
The couple did not report the income on their joint tax return.
