Already facing federal sex crimes charges, the embattled singer has a big bill from Uncle Sam.

R. Kelly, a controversial singer, songwriter and record producer, owes $1.8 million in back taxes to the IRS, according to court records.

The records, first reported by The Blast, show R. Kelly owes $648,998.25 for tax year 2013 and $1,229,739.18 for tax year 2016.

R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, earned the nickname the “King of R&B” as a result of a host of hit singles and for selling more than 75 million records.

Kelly also has a long history of disputes with the IRS. But tax issues may be the least of his problems.

He is also facing charges alleged sex crimes and obstruction of justice.
