For the years 2008 to 2014, Seattle soccer team owner Dion Earl submitted several false documents about his income, the amount of tax dollars withheld by employers and mortgage deductions.  He attempted to claim more than $1.6 million in tax refunds.

The team owner is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence for sexual assaults in Arizona and Washington, and he will serve an additional year of prison time for the tax fraud.
