Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann are in hot water with the IRS. According to recent reports, the couple owes over $1 million in back taxes, and the taxman has come knocking.
The documents reveal that a federal tax lien was filed against the pair on April 11 of this year, claiming that they owe $103,564.48 for 2013, $330,126.29 for 2017, and a whopping $714,143.90 for 2018. That’s a grand total of $1,147,834.67 that the couple needs to pay up or face losing their property.
But that’s not all. There have also been rumors that Kim and Kroy’s home was facing foreclosure, with their mansion in Georgia being listed for sale at a public auction. Although it was almost sold off to the highest bidder in March, the sale was canceled at the last minute.
