IRS Agent Pleads Guilty to Filing False Tax Returns

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]An Internal Revenue Service Lead Contact Representative pled guilty to the preparation of dozens of false tax returns while employed by the IRS.

Jennifer True filed more than 500 tax returns for herself and others and admitted to falsifying items such as individual retirement accounts, medical expenses, unreimbursed business expenses and/or tax preparation fees. The IRS prohibits employees from “Engaging in the preparation of tax returns for compensation, gift or favor.”
