For tax years 2015-2019, a Boston area landscaping business owner underreported income and inflated expenses on his personal and business tax returns, resulting in more than $384,000 of unpaid taxes. The owner pleaded guilty to tax evasion in connection with these charges and faces up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000.
